THE WHOLE BUILD.
01 / LESS DISCONNECTED WORK
When the proposal, the schedule and the numbers live in different places, the details get lost. NaiBuild keeps them connected to the customer, property and job.

Practical features for what actually happens in construction—not just what happens before the sale.
Connect customers, properties and opportunities. Keep separate contracts and jobs at the same address without losing the relationship.
Create separate options, duplicate an estimate, or exclude a line item without losing it. Keep your scope, price and payment terms together.
Check a rep’s appointments and addresses, schedule standalone visits and follow job milestones through completion.
Review project communications and reply inside proposal change requests. Your team can see what was asked and what was answered.
Open one job’s financial profile to review its contract, change orders, expenses, customer receipts and remaining balance.
Give your customer a project-specific portal with the proposal, shared documents, selected photos and a place to respond.
*External services require a company’s own account, connection and any applicable provider permissions. Trial integrations are not automatically activated.

MORE CLARITY. FEWER SURPRISES.
A job changes. Your numbers should keep up. See the original contract, approved changes, discounts, what the customer has paid and what the work is costing you.
TWO PORTALS. ONE CONNECTED PROJECT.
Your team runs the work in the CRM. Your clients and subcontractors get their own project-specific links, with the information meant for them.
The proposal, the payments and the conversation—in a clear page built for your client.
A focused page for each field partner, without handing over the whole CRM.
04 / CONSTRUCTION IS MORE THAN ONE TRADE
Different scopes. Different crews. The same need to stay organized from the first conversation to the last punch-list item.
Bring proposals, change orders, schedules, subcontractor assignments and financial records back to the same job—so the office and the field have a shared starting point.
CONNECTED, ON YOUR TERMS
Connect email, scheduling, project photos, messaging and payments with your company’s provider accounts. Google Local Services requires Google Ads API authorization and advertiser access. Provider subscriptions, approvals and messaging consent may apply. No live connections or sending operate in this walkthrough.
THE REASON WE’RE BUILDING NAIBUILD
Because running the business is a job of its own.
An extra scope. A second contract at the same address. A client changing their mind. The workflow should have room for how construction actually happens.
Your branding, your team permissions and separate company data. A shared software foundation doesn’t mean a shared customer list.
We’re building around practical contractor feedback, with a focus on the small moments that make a workday easier.

No. NaiBuild is construction CRM and job-management software for general contractors, remodeling companies, roofing and exterior contractors, and specialty trades. Its core workflow connects customers, proposals, jobs, schedules and financial records.
Yes. You can create multiple proposals for one opportunity and duplicate a proposal to prepare a separate option. You can also keep multiple jobs at the same property, with their own contracts and financial records.
The client sees the proposal and project content you choose to share, such as documents, selected photos, payment schedules and public replies. They can accept an eligible proposal or request changes. Internal costs, margins and private notes are not part of the client view.
Yes. NaiBuild uses a shared software foundation with separate company data, branding and access permissions. A sample demo is different from a dedicated company workspace; we’ll confirm the right environment before your test run.
No. External integrations need your company’s own provider accounts, permissions and configuration. Some require separate subscriptions or messaging consent. Sample and trial workspaces do not send real emails or texts by default.
Request a walkthrough so we can show you the current product and arrange access. Trial access is administrator-managed, not instant public signup. Your test environment and trial dates are confirmed during setup.
